NowTech Mobile, LLC is the contracting party for all services. Company Information defines how “we,” “us,” and “the Company” are used in these policies.
Information we collect
Contact details (name, phone, email), service address, appliance details, preferred appointment windows, payment-related information processed by Stripe, messages you send us, and service notes or photos related to the job.
How we use it
To schedule visits, navigate to your address, diagnose and repair, communicate about your appointment, process payments and holds, document appliance condition, and keep records needed for warranties, disputes, or legal compliance.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with processors needed to run the business (for example Stripe for payments, email/SMS providers, and mapping tools). We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep booking and service records as needed for warranties, accounting, and dispute resolution. Contact us to update or correct your information. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers.

Governing Law
