Refusal or Discontinuation of Service
NowTech Mobile, LLC is committed to providing professional service in a safe and respectful environment. The Company reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service whenever circumstances prevent us from safely or professionally completing the work.
NowTech Mobile, LLC is the contracting party for all services. Company Information defines how “we,” “us,” and “the Company” are used in these policies.
When service may be refused or discontinued
Service may be refused or discontinued for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Threatening, abusive, intimidating, or aggressive behavior.
- Harassment or discriminatory conduct.
- Unsafe working conditions.
- Aggressive or unsecured pets.
- Unsafe electrical, plumbing, or environmental conditions.
- Requests that violate manufacturer recommendations, applicable codes, or accepted safety practices.
- Refusal to approve necessary repairs or acknowledge known safety concerns.
- Failure to provide reasonable access to the appliance.
- Failure or refusal to pay for authorized services.
Payment if service stops
If service is discontinued after work has begun, the customer remains responsible for payment of all services performed up to that point, including diagnostic fees, labor, travel charges, and any approved parts installed.
Communication
Whenever possible, NowTech Mobile will explain the reason service cannot continue and discuss appropriate next steps.
Governing Law
These Service Policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
Any dispute arising from services provided by NowTech Mobile, LLC shall be subject to the applicable laws and courts of the State of Georgia, unless otherwise required by law.
