Scheduling & Right to Reschedule

How appointments are scheduled, when NowTech Mobile may need to adjust a visit, and how customer reschedules work.

NowTech Mobile, LLC is the contracting party for all services. Company Information defines how “we,” “us,” and “the Company” are used in these policies.

Rescheduling

Plans can change. Each appointment includes one courtesy reschedule when requested at least 18 hours before your scheduled arrival window.

The new appointment must be scheduled within 48 hours of the original service date, based on availability. If NowTech Mobile does not have an opening within that time, we'll offer the next available appointment.

Additional reschedule requests or changes made within 18 hours may be treated as a cancellation or missed appointment under our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

When NowTech Mobile may need to change an appointment

Appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

If NowTech Mobile must reschedule, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available appointment that fits both schedules. You will not be penalized when we initiate the change.

  • Emergency service calls.
  • Repairs requiring additional time than originally anticipated.
  • Traffic, weather, or road conditions.
  • Parts availability or supplier delays.
  • Equipment issues.
  • Illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any condition that would prevent us from providing safe and professional service.

Governing Law

These Service Policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any dispute arising from services provided by NowTech Mobile, LLC shall be subject to the applicable laws and courts of the State of Georgia, unless otherwise required by law.
