Who you are hiring

NowTech Mobile, LLC ("NowTech Mobile" or the "Company") is a Georgia limited liability company. Service visits are performed by a technician assigned by the Company.

These Terms apply to bookings made through our website and related communications. By booking, you agree to these Terms and our related policies, including Fees & Payment, Cancellation & No-Show, Service Guarantee, Refusal of Service, Fair Business Policy, and Scheduling & Reschedule.

Services

The Company provides mobile diagnosis and repair of residential dryers and washers, TV mounting (up to 65"), smart-home device installation and setup (including brands such as Ring, Nest, Ecobee, and SimpliSafe), on-site computer help (including malware / spyware cleaning), data migration, and related on-site service as described at booking.

On-site computer help is billed hourly with a stated minimum booking time. Data migration is a separate service with its own pricing.

A diagnosis identifies likely causes and options. A repair is performed only after you authorize the work and pricing.

Estimates and authorization

Any estimate is based on information available at the time. Hidden conditions, incorrect parts identification, or additional failures discovered during service may change the scope and price.

For Ring and SimpliSafe (and similar multi-device security systems), online estimates are based on the device count you report at booking. We verify the actual device count on arrival. If more devices are present than you selected, pricing is recalculated before work continues, and no additional install work proceeds without your approval of the updated price.

No repair work beyond diagnosis is performed without your approval (in person, by phone, SMS, or email).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, the Company's total liability arising from a service visit is limited to the amounts you paid the Company for that visit.

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including food spoilage, secondary water damage after we leave, lost wages, or inconvenience, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is not allowed.

Manufacturer warranties

Manufacturer or retailer warranties are between you and that company. Our service does not extend or replace those warranties unless a manufacturer authorizes the Company in writing for a specific claim.

Governing Law

These Service Policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.

Any dispute arising from services provided by NowTech Mobile, LLC shall be subject to the applicable laws and courts of the State of Georgia, unless otherwise required by law.
